Trained and qualified crew required
The professional crew and the training industry associated with these crew are also indeed growing as the demand for good crew soars. It is however crucial that the training providers have the correct accreditation required by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and in turn the STCW code (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for seafarers).
