FAQs

Each visa application has its approximate lead times associated with each Consulate or application centre. Some are much quicker than others being 3-4 days, but some do take up to 3 weeks to process. Each application takes time to prepare, so this needs consideration when applying. Best bet is to contact us with your intentions and receive up-to-date, hands on feedback on the current status quo for your particular application.
Yes, absolutely. Not only is it a policy of protection for the country in question, it also serves you to be in control when life happens. Hopefully nothing serious happens to you when you are abroad, but if it did, you or your loved ones are covered.

If you are travelling on a South African passport, you cannot transit through the UK without a UK visa unless you fall into the small category of exemptions. I know, it’s frustrating. We will be the first to let you know when the current status quo changes.

In general, yes you must. The list of documents we provide and the extras that you may need, must to be presented in person (or proxy) either at the application centre or at the consulate in question, depending on your application.

Yes, you will. We will guide you through each document requested carefully making sure there are no faults when it comes to application day.

We have a system that requires you to upload your documents to us for pre-check for our approval before your visa application date. We pick up all sorts of errors or missing paperwork along the way and we sign off on your paperwork before your application leaves the house. Rest assured that once we say it’s all good, you shouldn’t have a problem.

Our checklist is sent to you to double check along the way. Once we start our pre-check procedure, we will let you know. Read the checklist carefully and tick the boxes along the way.

Don’t rely on google maps. We will confirm where you need to go for your application.

Of course we can. If there are appointments available. We are sometimes up at 3am looking across the globe for appointments in all sorts of countries for our clients. Sometimes, it just pays to know how their systems work.
